Shipping & Handling
UK Standard — Free — 5–7 working days
Worldwide (orders over £155) — Free — 5–10 working days
UK Express — £9 — 1–3 working days (same-day dispatch, next-day delivery where possible)
Europe — £45 — 3–10 working days
US — £45 — 2–10 working days
International — £45 — 3–10 working days
Taxes & Duties
EU orders: All prices include VAT, customs duties and import taxes. No additional charges on delivery.
US orders: All prices include customs duties and import taxes. No additional charges on delivery.
Rest of the world: Orders are shipped DDP. In some regions, additional import duties or local taxes may still apply depending on local regulations; these are the customer's responsibility.

Holidays may cause slight delays — your order may take up to 3 working days longer than usual.
Unforeseen customs inspections are beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to get your scarves to you quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be simple and clear.
Do we accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Condition of returned items
We accept returns only for items that are:
Unused and unworn — worn items will not be accepted
In their original packaging, with all packaging intact
How to start a return or exchange
Email info@pigchickencow.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return or exchange.
We'll confirm the next steps and provide our return address.
Post your item back to us (address below), keeping your proof of postage.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is not covered by Pig, Chicken & Cow and is the responsibility of the customer. Please retain your proof of posting.

Processing & refunds
Returns are processed within 7 days of us receiving your item.
You'll be notified by email once complete.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
